The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who fits the following:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Great eye for color, composition, style
- Proficient at motion graphics
- Organized and punctual
- Communicates effectively and honestly
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable
- Shares a similar aesthetic to Lavendaire: dreamy, airy, pastel, modern
- Values excellence and continuous improvement
Projects:
- Social media graphics (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok)
- Motion graphics & animations for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube content
- Branding, stationery & packaging design (possible if interested)
You are proficient in:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator / Procreate
- Lightroom
- InDesign & After Effects (a plus)
A plus:
- Follower of Lavendaire, with an understanding for the brand
- Likes personal growth and/or stationery
