Aileen Xu is a content creator and entrepreneur in personal growth and lifestyle design, inspiring people around the world to discover their true potential and create their dream life. Her YouTube channel Lavendaire has over 1 million subscribers. Her podcast, The Lavendaire Lifestyle, has over 5 million downloads. Aileen is the creator of the Artist of Life Workbook, a detailed guide to creating your most inspiring and successful year, and the Daily Planner by Lavendaire, a tool for designing a productive, effective and meaningful day.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Aileen studied Business and Communications. While working as a media relations manager and content director at 626 Night Market—the largest Asian food festival in the US—Aileen appeared on media outlets such as NBC News, FOX Good Day LA, The Los Angeles Times, and National Public Radio. Meanwhile, Aileen pursued music and film, releasing an album in 2013 (Honestly EP), and co-producing and starring in Picture Taipei (2015), a short film set in Taipei, Taiwan.

Aileen has been invited to speak at TEDxYouth, Stanford University and LinkedIn. In 2016, Aileen was chosen as a winner of YouTube’s NextUp contest, and in 2017, Aileen was invited to join YouTube's Global Creator Camp as 1 of 50 chosen YouTube creators worldwide. Through Lavendaire, Aileen has partnered with brands such as Canon, Hyundai, Pantene, Adobe, and Clinique.
