Today I’m sharing my go-to green smoothie recipe! This is my breakfast most days since it’s so quick and easy. Green smoothies are my favorite way to get some greens, fruit, and superfoods into my diet.
▸ 2 bananas
▸ 2 cups of any greens of your choice
▸ 1 serving of fruit of your choice*
▸ 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
▸ 1/2 Tbsp flaxseed
▸ 1/2 cup of water (add less water for thicker consistency, more water for thinner consistency)
*Recommended “smoothie friendly” fruit: banana, mango, peach, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, papaya, pineapple, soft pear, kiwi (if you don’t mind seeds)
