Position: Graphic Designer

I'm looking for a freelance graphic designer to join the Lavendaire team!

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who fits the following:

• 3+ years of experience in design
• Viewer of the channel, with a deep understanding of the Lavendaire brand
• Great communicator
• Organized and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Great eye for color, composition, style
• Flexible and adaptable
• Shares a similar aesthetic to Lavendaire: dreamy, airy, pastel, minimal, modern, fresh

You would be responsible for creating:

• YouTube – thumbnails, banner, end card, in-video graphics
• Podcast – cover art, blog graphics
• Pinterest – pins
• Facebook groups – engagement graphics
• Stationary design (potentially)

You are proficient in:

• Photoshop
• Lightroom
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• After Effects (this would be a plus!)
