Taking a week to reset and get my life together, slowing down my reset routine and bringing back self care in areas I’ve neglected.
Instead of setting goals and expectations for how I want to reset my life, I’m being gentle and nonjudgmental, and accepting whatever I can do. Sometimes you just don’t have the energy to do the most and that’s okay. I’m learning to release a lot of the internal stress and pressures I used to put on myself, and a big part of that is realizing it’s all self imposed. Life is so much easier when you choose to be kind to yourself, be your own best friend, release any unnecessary expectations and practice radical acceptance.
